Heather Abbott is the Director of Strategic Market Development at Province Real Estate, bringing over two decades of expertise in historic redevelopment, high-character properties, and strategic real estate growth. She has led multiple award-winning restoration and adaptive-reuse projects throughout downtown Thomasville, including a recent 11,000-square-foot mixed-use development.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Heather co-founded SouthLife Leather Goods, a nationally recognized lifestyle brand and Georgia Small Business Rock Star. She is also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, further strengthening her expertise in strategic growth, leadership, and business development. Her background in hospitality, retail, and brand development provides a distinctive lens for evaluating market potential and elevating unique properties.

Heather’s leadership extends deeply into the community, having served as Chair of the Thomas County Chamber of Commerce and on numerous boards including Discover Thomasville Tourism, the Payroll Development Authority, and the City of Thomasville Mainstreet Advisory Board. She is also co-chair of the Georgia Department of Economic Development’s Red Carpet Tour and was recently selected for the Leadership Georgia Class of 2026.

His dedication to community runs deep—he has served as President of the United Way, sits on multiple local boards, and has been honored as a Thomas University Distinguished Young Alumnus.
